Mike Mills' response to my concerns were spot on, my vehicle broke down over the weekend. The weekend service manager did not understand my immediate issues and concerns regarding transportation. Even though Mike was off. He did respond to a text message sent regarding my transportation problem. This is why I have repeatedly returned to Ken Grody Ford for my services for the past 25 years.

Ryan Berkeley always gives me great service when I come to the dealership. I came on this last visit for a recall service which I was advised in the letter I got would take "less than half a day". I arranged for a ride to pick me up so I wouldn't miss work. My car was ready within an hour and I returned to pick it up before heading to work!

Job well done. The emails being send at check-in and with status are not very effective. Got an email that things were progressing well when I had picked up the car on my way home. Also second time I just check in at the desk and ask if my car is ready and it is ready. Just wondering why I was not alerted immediately when it was ready. We are all on tight schedules... Please take this as constructive feedback as the experience is better than I have ever had.
