Your team member called me after an oil change to alert me that I needed a wiper change, but neglected to mention I needed new brakes. When I picked up the car from the oil change, the report said I had 0 brake pad thickness on the right front side. I was told I had to come back another day and make another appointment to address my brakes. The report also said I had no rotor damage and only needed new pads. The first available appointment I was offered was in 2 weeks!!!!! Your service team was willing to let me drive my car with a 0 brake pad thickness for two weeks!!! I went to another dealership who replaced the pads, but because it was a week after the Ken Grody fiasco, I had to pay for new rotors as well. Ken Grody service team should be responsible for the rotor damage. I’ll just make sure to discourage as many people as I can to work with Ken Grody Ford.

Onsite, the service and KG team are great, the service and updates on the car were outstanding. However, your reservation and email notification system has issues, twice this past year, i responded to a service reminder email and scheduled an appointment to only show up and not actually to have an appointment.... the first time they fit me in but this past appt i was turned away and rescheduled for the following Saturday. It was frustrating because i took off work early and arranged to meet people in the Carlsbad area...I think appts booked right on website works fine but the email link to the appt reservation system is where the issues occurred.
