It shouldn’t take 2 hours to do an oil change. Yes you ended up patching a tire & changing a filter. But even so that’s a ridiculous amount of time. At the very least I should have been told when I made the appointment that it would take over an hour because I wouldn’t have just sat there for that long. I’ve never waited that long for something so basic even just dropping in at the local places in Elgin.
