Only thing I am not happy is I have to have a tire rotation (extra $30.00) just because I want to have my brakes check and make sure it is ready for winter. Brakes check should be in your car multipoint check even if it has to take the tire off.
I have other car and other dealer that did that even no tire rotation as part of the multi point check.
Apparently “A” service only cover oil change and no multipoint check. End up I have to do “B service” and tire rotation just to get my car winter ready.

Monika Krysinska was helpful, however when my vehicle was ready and time to make a payment, there was a young man helping me instead. When I asked him to explain the breakdown of my bills and how the coupon was applied, he referred me to a manager so he can explain it to me because he wasn’t knowledgeable about it which is fine. When I walked over to the manager, the Manager when said to me “ So WHAT was it that you don’t understand?” Which I thought that was ruined to say it like that, especially to a customer. He then go on telling me this this that like I was an idiot. I just can’t believe he’s a service manger?! I noticed that he was busy doing some other paperwork at the moment so maybe he got annoyed and I wanted someone to explain to me about the invoice. Anyway, i just wanted some upper management to be aware of this issue. I don’t like the way and tone he used at all. If Monika was there, when I wouldn’t have to deal with this insult. I’ve been bringing my car here for over 10 years and never had this type of embarrassment!

I feel that McGrath has been dishonest in their assessment of my vehicle. This allowed McGrath to not fulfill their obligation of the warranty. I would have had to pay for everything out of pocket had Honda corporate not stepped in. As generous as their offer was, the $200 cost was still unacceptable. The entire cost should have been covered. Every time I take my car to McGrath service, something else end up being negatively affected. This time, the headlights appear to be improperly aimed.
I am extremely dissatisfied with McGrath. I most likely will never buy another car from them, and will discourage others from doing so. If at all possible, I would like to avoid McGrath service in the future.
