I couldn’t be more pleased with McGrath Honda service department. (Well, maybe if it cost less !)
It was expensive because several issues were addressed and the service was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. My truck was in the shop for two days and I was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. They did everything as promised and then they even washed my vehicle! I appreciate the way I was treated and pleased with the quality of the work that was done. I will be back

I have already submitted my comments for an earlier questionnaire that I was sent. Michael did a great job at customer service, but I was displeased with how long it took me to get an oil change. I had an appointment at 1 PM, and didn’t get out of there until 2:50 PM. I can understand waiting 45 minutes for the car to be serviced , but I believe it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours.
