This is our first new car and the GENUINE friendliness we have experienced has been refreshing! Even when I dropped the car off for investigating an issue, I was greeted by the sweetest young lady, Erin. She is a very knowledgeable gem! The team was very thorough and even sent me a video of the inspection. When I went back to pick up my car, I was met again with a smiling face in the drop off bay area. However you are training your staff, or whoever is doing the hiring...keep it up! The team members I have met shows me we chose correctly when it came to choosing dealerships. Thank you!
