Unfortunately when pulling out of your service Drive I noticed a noise. I pulled over and had two metal objects stuck in my tire. I sent pictures to Noah and have not heard back. I went to a local tire store and they informed me they are brake components. I wish there was better quality control. The last time we picked up my husband's vehicle there was oil leaking. This time brake components in my tire. We are the type of people who like to support local and your dealership makes that hard.

Misled us on the price of what needed to be done. Way over the top trying to upsell all sorts of service when we needed to focus on what was wrong. Way too salesy and not trust worthy. Took our car elsewhere for the work and won't be coming back after 10 years.

My service advisor was great and no complaints about him. Upset cause I bought my 2024 Pilot in to get lug nuts replaced per a we owe and the lug nuts were never replaced! Thank you to the service advisor for going out of his way and making another appointment for Wednesday to get this situation resolved and picking up my vehicle so I don’t waste more of my time.
