Dan was great. The problem is Honda's policy of needing an invoice to honor a battery warrenty when the part has a Honda stamp on it and the month & year of manufacture. This was a pain in the **** for me, the customer, to try and track down where and when the battery was replaced.
Dan, you provided excellent customer service by keeping me informed, solving the problem, and keeping your cool even when it was clear that i was upset with Honda policy. I apologize if this survey reflects poorly on you, it shouldn't, but Honda needs the feedback. Thanks again for a great job!
