Michael was just wonderful! I felt confident that my car was in the safest of hands. Not only was the airbag recall fixed but the mechanics at McGrath found another small issue which was causing my car to rattle when it idled. This was amazing because I had not even thought to mention the rattle to Michael. And, because my work schedule would not allow me to pick up my car when it was fixed the next day, he got authorization to allow me to keep the loaner vehicle an extra day at no additional charge to me. He even went so far as to recommend a detail shop in the area to help me fix a small cosmetic issue on my CRV's spare tire cover. My 2006 CRV runs like a brand new car! Thanks, guys!

I didn’t like the fact that you guys told me it was going to a hour to hour and half and the letter that Honda sent said it would take a half hour and it really did only take a half hour. Why would you said it talked over a hour when it really doesn’t. Do you do it to make yourself look good. Well I’m very unhappy and I will take my new van shopping to a different dealership.

I was told over the phone an oil change and tire rotation was $50. When I picked up my car the advisor told me it was $47 plus $22 for tire rotation. I feel the price is high for regular oil change and tire rotation. I will not be back to get regular maintenance completed.
