Service people were nice. But not accommodating enough. I'm not happy that I missed my free service by 7 days and wasn't honored. I understand but I feel that that timeline had passed so soon that should've still been honored. I would've gotten cheaper and same service elsewhere if I had known the amount charged at McGrath. I will schedule at another shop in the future since I was not accommodated today

I’m not sure who Mike Castro is, I worked with Zach.
He was awesome, very professional, friendly & very accommodating. It turned out I needed a new battery & he had that replaced & me back on the road in a bit over an hour. He also informed me that it was still under warranty which was huge for me.
McGrath is the only place I take my Pilot for service.
