The oil life was still at 40% on my care even though an oil change was part of the service, and now I have to go back to have them reset it.

I had an appt for an oil change on my 2016 Pilot and I ended up spending 1:42 at the dealership waiting for the service to be done. I really can’t afford spending that kind of time just waiting. I don’t think I’ll be bringing my cars back to McGrath for service.

Waited for 2 hours to get car looked at, then waited 30 minutes for diagnosis and paper work, then waited another 30 minutes to repair car. I got charged $300 for labor that only took 30 minutes, that mechanic must make $600 an hour.
