Great Service this week. REALLY liked that I did not have to wait for my ride to the dealer from the train at the end of the day.
However, did not receive a feedback request for the work I had done last month. Was really not satisfied with that work as I was told the work would be done in an hour. Based on that information, I made some appointments. Had to really be unpleasant to ensure I got out of there on time. They already went over the hour timeframe by 15 minutes. Do NOT like when time is not estimated correctly.

Ensuring honesty & integrity of the service is very important; it determines whether or no I can trust the advisor. Adding extra repair work without prior communication with the customer violates the trust.
Last year. Paul Tran has all 4 rotors replaced without my knowledge. The initial estimate was $1,900 but the final bill was $2,988. The word “rotor” was never brought up in our initial discussion of the repair work to be done.
I do understand we all make mistake. I do understand why Tran would do everything to defend himself. But the trust was damaged. Tran reminds me of certain business men who are competitive at certain customer’s expense. Their primary goal is profit, not honesty & integrity of a business relationship.
Leo did not do anything extraordinary, but he understands the importance of trust, honesty, and of preserving the integrity of a business relationship. While employees can be trained for these values, there will always be a handful who goes astray. It is a defective cog in their maturational process. Ultimately it is their personal choice whether to relearn these values or choose to dig their heel. Humility is a conscious personal choice.
