I made a reservation for an oil change for 11:00. However, the service on the car did not even start until 12, and then it took another 45 minutes for the actual oil change. I couldn't even wait for the evaluation of the car, or the car wash to be performed. If you say that I have a reservation for an oil change for a specific time, DO NOT THEN START TO SERVICE IT MORE THAN AN HOUR LATER. As a doctor, I make every effort to see my patients at the scheduled time, and I expect the same treatment from your dealership.
