Paul was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and I was 100% satisfied.
I do however have a complaint sbout the car washing. Some type of deodorizer or freshener was used and it is nauseating. I've been driving all day with the windows down. I hope the smell is gone in the morning....many people are sensitive and allergic to smells....it's disgusting thank you

Paul was very professional, helpful and friendly. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He made sure a check up on my vehicle was done and what I needed. Shant Taroyan who has serviced my vehicle in the past also greeted me and told me I was in good hands with Paul. The two updated me on the need for a new battery and because of the trust I've built with Shant and the professionalism of Paul I agreed to replace the battery and within a short period of time my car was ready. Shant and Paul thanked me as I thanked them for a great job. My car was serviced, cleaned and ready for me. I feel safer with a new airbag and battery.
