A young service tech named Awais greeted me when I arrived. Awais was attentive to my vehicle's problems. As we were discussing my car's issues further, Shant Taroyan saw us. Shant advised Awais that he will take over as Shant knew me well over several years from my past service visits to McGrath Acura. Shant immediately offered a loaner vehicle so I can go on with my day. Shant said it may take 3 hours or so for this type of service but will notify me immediately as soon as job is done. True to his promise, I was promptly notified within the approximate allotted service time. Thanks Shant and Awais.
