Awful service!! I dropped off car to give service department time to look at my car. I get a call that it’s ready to be picked up. When I got there They misplaced the car!! There was no paperwork. I guess the guy who called me was off for the day. After 10 min they found the paperwork but no keys. After another 10 minutes they found keys but the car had not been washed. What?? I was told to come pick it up because it was ready. I had to wait another 25 minutes then I get a wet car. They didn’t even wipe it down. It was horrible!! WORST service ever. I allowed extra time so we would not have to wait but ended up waiting 45 minutes to pick up car. That’s crazy!!
