He kept harping about the necessity of making an appointment because your dealer is super busy? And might not get my car serviced today but he will try his best to squeeze me in? He was very condescending and rude. He could have
informed me in a very kind way of informing of heavy numbers of cars to be serviced.

My service rep, David? Was not at all what I usually expect from Aura Morton Grove service. He was curt and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He dismissed my concerns and was only wanting to shut me up and move me out. My car is a 2010, indeed time for a change, but if he is your new caliber of service rep, then we won't be coming back.
