Paul Tran worked magic getting my car in for service and providing a loaner car. He explained the service work expected, called an hour later after diagnosis from the techs to confirm all the work letting me know that there weren’t any additional issues. He then called with a total price along with the time the car would be ready. Once I got to Acura, the car was washed and ready, Paul went over each of the services performed and walked me to the cashier. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Thank you!

I had washed the car the day before and it was very clean with no spots on it anywhere. It is a black car so it is important to be dried properly otherwise everything shows. I brought it in for service and got the complimentary car wash but it was not dried properly in the windows were all spotty as well as the car. Thankfully I had my own towel in the car and I was able to go over it and fix it. If they are not going to do a good job I would prefer that they wouldn’t wash my car at all.
