This survey should include more options to the question, rather than just yes or no. I'm satisfied with the oil change & the advice that my trunk latch probably needs to be replaced. I would've liked it if Marc provided the info about the latch to me rather than having to ask about it & for the cost to change the latch. It's a minor detail; one that doesn't negate the quality if my service.
