1. Leonardo was professional and respectful toward his customer. He did not rush me. Unlike my prior experience with one of the advisers. I’m guessing the more customers an adviser picks up, the more commission he gets.
2. The service job was done as discussed; there was no surprised additional job done and charge involved without my knowledge.
3. I also was pleased to learn that a nail was removed from the left rear tire. This tells me both Leonardo and the technician were attentive to their job. They were not heedlessly going through inspection routines because I did not mention any tire problem. With the nail remove, now I understand why my tire pressure was low and I had to add air.
