Disappointed that I was told that my brake rotors were warped and needed to be replaced when it clear that was not true. I should not have to examine car and talk to service tech myself to avoid unnecessary charges. Be honest or I will take my business elsewhere.

My issue is why would a brand new car have a computer system freeze and shut down. Is this a defect within my car and other similar problems will happen in the future? I am losing confidence in Acura as I just had my car in for a week because of an oil leak that sprayed all over my engine because the factory forgot to put an 0 ring in my car. I have only had this car a few months and it only has a thousand miles. Did you sell me a lemon?

I found the waiting area and the slow WiFi to be far below par from other car dealerships I have used in the past. In addition, after the car wash, there was a puddle of water on the driver side floor mat.
