Paul delivered the type of service I’ve come to expect at McGrath. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and interested in listening to me explain my concerns. He conducted himself in a very professional and caring way while explaining what needed to be done to my car, the time it would take to complete the repair and then informing me that he had a loaner car ready should I want to do the repair now. As expected, my car was ready for pick up when he said it would be.
