Paul was courteous and helpful. Overall, this is one of the oldest Acura dealers I know. The car wash is falling apart and is filthy with dirt all over the glass windows and plastic white walls. The waiting area has been in dire need of updating for many years. Seats in the waiting area are torn dated with furniture falling apart. - a children’s hazard. To top it off the ladies bathroom continues to be dark, dirty with non working toilets! One would never imagine you were in an Acura dealer.
