Awais was pleasant upon arrival and was quick and efficient with getting my appointment started. My oil change today was the quickest oil change I’ve ever had at McGrath, couldn’t be happier with that. Awais informed me when my oil change was done and getting put through the car wash. He came back to go over my paper work and I liked that he didn’t pressure me into getting things done to my car on the spot, unlike some other employees who make you feel bad about declining other services. All in all customer experience and service was great.
