Purchased a new 2020 RDX this weekend. The car is great. The staff was great. The only issue was the time it took to purchase and drive the vehicle away. My wife and I arrived at 9am and I drive out at 4pm with the car. In all fairness your staff did add a heated steaming wheel and the power lift gate. Just made it a long day
