I was shocked at having to pay $500 for routine maintenance on a car that’s less than a year old. Not sure what a warranty is for if maintenance after 11 months costs $500. $180 to replace cabin filters?? Doubtful that I’ll have you do my maintenance again
Also, the car wash was terrible. Filthy rags were used to wash the windows. I actually had to take my car to a car wash afterwards
Service guy was nice— car was returned promptly which I appreciated. But $500? Really!?!
