Didn’t identify all issues with our vehicle. When our car was ready for us to pick up, there were new problems with the vehicle. Had to come back with the car and these new problems. Acura called back with newly identified problems. Never accepted any responsibility for these new problems that didn’t exist before we originally brought our vehicle in for service. After a few days with the car after twice in for repair, new problems were identified a third time necessitating the car to be brought back yet again. No explanation why this occurred nor why it wasn’t identified while the car was being repaired on the second visit.
This whole experience was very frustrating and I felt like Acura wasn’t being honest with me as a customer with regard to what the problems were with the vehicle. $2500 later and our car is still being repaired.
