It only needed two front new tires. Why you only replaced the two rear tires to prepare it for sale at a dealership like this is beyond me anyway. But they needed to be ordered. No problem, I'll come back when they're in. I had an appointment at 430. I get there at 410 and I'm there until almost 7pm for 2 tires. Then one of the service center workers come say "sorry we don't work on bmw's often". If you can't figure out torque specs in 3 hours you need to replace every mechanic in there. Now i have a knocking sound on the passenger side when i make a left turn. There's also a humming noise which could be that the tires need time to break in. But overall, service sucked.
