I have to go back to McGrath because they forgot to put back the "screw" after they did the oil change. It was a total waste of time of gas!!!
This is a 7am appointment and there should be NO ROOM for an error!!!! You come to work no matter what time is your schedule, and ready to perform your job!!!!!
