took my vehicle to get serviced; was called at 6:30pm to inform me my vehicle was ready but wasn’t told that the service center is closing in 30 minutes and that i wouldn’t be able to pick up my vehicle. i don’t live near the dealership it takes some time for me to come. I told the gentleman on the phone i was on my way yet he didn’t bother calling asking if i was close or if i wanted to leave it over night, I had arrived at the service center at approximately 7:10 when i found out the service center had closed and apparently the keys were locked away and no one was able to access them no matter what. not only wasn’t i told the car was gonna be held over night but you guys held the keys to my business too and apparently not single person in the dealership has authority or access to the service center. Pathetic and unprofessional

Only complaint is that when a part is in and your car is in for service, there should be some over lap between departments. A customer having to install a part on pick up shouldn’t happen.
