It was a good experience for what it is was, but it could have been better. I appreciate the help and some of the explanations I was given.
If there is going to be a full inspection of a vehicle, especially a new customer, that should be something that is explained upfront and the customer should be able to be present when this is done if they please. Communicate with the customer about how the services needed could be prioritized and broken up into segments.
