Paul Tran was very professional and helped my husband to fix problems in our car. Thank you Paul. Not like my husband was treated at Downtown location. Advisor was very rude and ignorant. I will never come back to that location! Since we bought our car I was going to Downtown location, not any more! I will not recommend that location to people I know. Called and complained , nobody returned my call. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. It’s happened this week.I am sure you have all records.
