Awais did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed and why. He was outstanding. Didn’t care for the way the manager was trying to make me pay for a scratched rim on the loaner. I got a puncture in the sidewall of the front right tire due to debris sticking out from the curb. He made me pay for the tire and wanted me to pay for a rim that was scratched BEFORE I got the loaner. As much money as I’ve spent at McGrath over the years, a good manager would not have charged me for the tire. Nor would he “look at the tapes to prove I was telling the truth about the flat tire. Awais was awesome- he gets a 10! Not the manager.
