Awais was very helpful in my service. He clearly explained everything I was due for and walked me through what the mechanics will inspect as I had some things I had questions about. He updated me throughout the process as for the time and was very attentive.
At the end when my car was ready, I don’t think I’ve had a service where the rep goes through everything they did/checked and explained what the cause was of an issue.
Please give my thanks to him as his customer service was excellent, and his knowledge of cars and functions really helps a customer like me understand.

However I did have to follow up and obtain status of vehicle. So my assumption was that I was not promptly informed once it was completed. The loaner car was sufficient so was covered for the week.
