Said they cleaned under the hood “at no extra charge,” did a crappy job. I went back to ask the to vacuum/clean the rest, Mr, Tran gave attitude and said he couldn’t help me! Finally, he told Felix to clean it and they sprayed the engine with water instead and still left debris. I asked a second time for vacuum, different porter took the car in the back and came back with the same mess. Said he tried his best. Didn’t do a damn thing!! Lazy people working there! I ended up cleaning it all out my self. A simple shop vac would’ve taken care of it. And we would’ve been happy customers. I’m a loyal customer of the other McGrath in Westmont and they never treated me like this. Bad first impression. More than likely will not be coming back!
