As this was the first time for me to visit this dealership for maintenance, was a bit confusing at first on where to go and what to do.
As soon as Leo approached my car, the first question was- “hi, how are you? “ along with a genuine smile. After checking the dashboard, directed me to follow him to get everything registered. He provided me with the specifics of what my car needed to get done. Provided me with a hour and a half timeframe along with friendly conversation.
After an hour, Leo met me at the waiting area and said that everything was good and completed, 30 mins early to his original estimated wait time!
Overall, first impression in any customer facing industry is critical and for my first experience and visit- I am quite pleased. Everything was genuine, friendly, personable, and no underlining “pitch”. The experience wasn’t robotic and glad individuals like him still exist in the customer service industry with his tenure as well.
Hoping that my future appointments, although not hoping for car issues by all means, will be a pleasant experience as I got today. Thank you again Leo for the seamless service.
