Marc made sure I felt welcome. Was keeping me updated on timeline and made sure I am clear on the status of my car repair. He follow up next day with phone call as I asked and notified me right the way as soon repair was finished. He also follow up on car outstanding services which were due my last visit and we included most of them into work scope. He didn’t give me any promises how fast it would be finished as repair required time but did his best to meet my ask to get car back by the end of next day. He was very friendly and professional. P.S. great coffee machine upgrade! My son wonder when your freshly baked chocolate chip cookie will be back again?!
