A potential terrible experience was avoided with fast acting, service experience first mindset, and transparent communication. My vehicle air conditioner needed replaced and charged. The garage equipment failed and needed repair. This took nearly three weeks in the current Covid environment. During this time my service rep Will and JP stayed in constant contact with me and the dealership provided me with a loaner car through the entire duration. The loaner was a brand new version of my 6 year old model. All was remedied and appears to be functioning. Thank You.

I was suppose to get a car wash with my service. Tanner asked me and I said “Yes, definitely. I want a car wash.” He came out and told me my car was almost ready and then it would be washed.
It most definitely was not washed. I noticed it when I had driven away.
This was the first time I brought my car in to get a software update. My first time for any service. I really could’ve used that car wash. Can I get a credit for a free car wash? From now on, I feel as if I will need to inspect everything from now on.
