If I schedule an appointment at a specific time and wait for the service to be finished the car should not sit there waiting for >30min.
A simple service should be finished within an hour or less.
Why does it take up to 5h for an update of the radio? There are tons of complaints out there about the radio system. I would expect Subaru to fix it after so many years and provide a quick and simple update.
I can update any other device in my home in less than 5min. Technically that doesn’t make sense.
