Just that you know. I am so done with subway and your service department that I will trad it in for a another brand. After being an owner of multiple Subaru vehicles,
It is very disappointing to see the low quantity of the ascent models and the provided services.
My car was in the shop for over 30 days. Not once someone reached out to me for updates, loaner cars, rental cars. They did not even wash may car.
It is a shame.
