Darius was great, courteous and helpful. We booked an appointment for morning for the wheel alignment but the service department manager evidently does not pay attention to scheduling and books more than the service dept can handle. This was particularly a problem yesterday because our car was not even started until after 2. We would never make an appt that late because I had a distance to drive and don’t see well as it gets dark. Yesterday it rained hard and got dark after 3:15 and was a real problem. I doubt we would bring our Subaru there again if you can’t schedule well.
