Bobby took the time to understand my notes on the intake form. I had written something about having to unlock the van by the passenger door because the drivers side door lock was stuck. At first the crew thought they should inspect it. I said I just didn’t want them to bother trying to open drivers side door. Bobby removes the labor charge for checking the door lock.

As always, everyone was so courteous and helpful. The problem I have is the plastic cover on the rooftop carrier has warped and come loose from the car. The only solution is to replace the whole carrier. $$$$$ I was disappointed in the poor quality of a Subaru.
