When I purchased the vehicle, the salesman notified me that there was only one key and he would track down or purchase a spare. The salesman failed to live up to his word, which is a binding contract in the state of California. JP was able to file a claim with my purchases Allstate Complete Care. Are all salesmen as dishonest and shady as the one who sold me my vehicle? JP's kindness, genuine concern for customer satisfaction and quality customer service is the only reason I have not pursued further resolution regarding failed promises by the Bob Baker sales staff. I would not recommend any of my friends, family or co-workers purchase a vehicle from Bob Baker. However, I would still consider returning for service only.
