On a Friday afternoon at 5:00, my unhappy husband insisted on dropping off our new 2019 Outback for a battery replacement since we we’ve had several dead battery issues over and over again in the course of 3-4 months. We were very lucky Zach was still there and he went ABOVE and BEYOND his duty and helped us get the work order in and got us a loaner car (since we just came from Costco and had a full load of groceries coming into the dealership). He did not leave us in the cold. Instead he showed us a super positive attitude and an exemplary service how any service advisor should aspire to follow.
