For the amount I spent I would have expected a car wash. The person who brought my car to me at the end left grease marks in the car. We are in a pandemic and I would have appreciated some cleaning procedures but it seems like nothing was done at all. This is something my old dealership offered after any service.

Last Friday I took our dogs to the vets. The exam was done in our car and I left the rear tailgate open during the process. When the exam was completed I was unable to lower the tailgate electronically as the battery was totally dead. Subaru service was called to jump start my car. I called your service department and found no one able to tell me what may have gone wrong. When I arrived for my appointment, Tanner immediately assessed what had happened and began resolution.
