I arrived to my appointment at 10:15. I waited for 4 hours before I saw them pull my car into the garage for service. That makes it 2:15 before they even began service. They told me it was “almost finished” when they had just pulled it in and that it would take another hour or more before it would be ready. Because of prior commitments, since I did not foresee two brake pad replacements taking 5+ hours, I had to uber home ($45) and back the next day. The service employee offered me $30 off the price to “make up” for the inconvenience. Didn’t even cover the cost of my ubers, not to mention my lost time. Very frustrating.
