Couple things that could be improved:
The service did take quite a bit longer than I thought it would (2 hours vs 1 hour). Also, tire pressure was adjusted to the baseline 33/32psi - though I have tires on my car with different requirements. Not a huge deal but it’s little annoying to have to go fill them back up to the required psi. My suggestion would be that if Subaru is only able adjust psi to factory defaults, then they should ask if that service is requested by the owner before doing it.

the work seems well done and everything was very clean and safe. but my appointment was unknown even though I confirmed it, and it took about 90 minutes which seemed excessive, even delivering the car once done took a long time.
