The entire Bob Baker Subaru service team lead by Norman Amabile has always done a fabulous job or me.
I feel like a VIP when I’m there.
I called and made an appointment with Norman I told him of my concerns about being coronavirus safe.
He assured me that the service department takes special care to disinfecting my vehicle.
Tanner Knapp and Thomas were very courteous and professional when I dropped off my car and picked it up the next day.
I would buy another Subaru just on the basis of the Bob Baker service department alone.

The service was great. I loved the car being washed!! miss having a ride home. I was told it would be one hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. I was there on time and it took 3 hours.

The estimate I received prior to my visit was $250 less than what was presented to me when I arrived this morning. This was very disappointing and I will question whether I will trust my car to your service in the future.
