Won't be returning!! Checked in for my 7 am appointment on time only to have to wait over 2 hours for a simple oil change!! Wow! Talk about horrible service. Everyone that checked in after me was day before I was. Ten minutes before 8 I finally asked Javier when my car was gonna be taken back and he seemed puzzled. Finally took my car back at 7:56...checked out at 9:14! Please send me a survey if you have not already!
After sending this over...manager got in contact with me to explain that my appointment at 7 am was scheduled with a tech that didn’t start work till 8. He has offered to do my next service at no charge. He assured me that if I return, I will not receive the same kind of treatment. I will have to see how I feel when my next service is due and decide at that time if I want to chance it or not.

Thank you Mike for helping me today. I was stranded with a dead battery and my Jeep was going to be towed. My apt complex across the street was repaving. Mike to the rescue let me use a jump starter. Came in and picked up a new battery. Will be returning!
