I feel like I got the "bait and switch". I bought a bed liner for my new Ranger on your website which indicated installed price. When I dropped the truck off for installation I was not informed of the $145.00 installation fee that I was hit with when I came back to pick it up. I won't be back to your service department. Ever.

Dropped the truck off Monday, didn’t really start looking at it until Friday. Couldn’t fix it until the following Monday because Saturday the only mechanics onsite are qualified for oil changes. I called throughout the week, but Friday the communication was really bad. I started calling in the afternoon until closing and no one answered until the following day.
And oddly enough, my horn for some reason sounds completely different then when I dropped it off even though I didn't drop it off for the horn.
